Support | Our Standard Operational Warranty
For customers who do not take out an annual Maintenance and Support Agreement, all Netpractise installations are still covered by our Standard Operational Warranty from the date of handover. Our Standard Operational Warranty includes:
Hardware Warranty
All hardware is covered by each Manufacturer’s individual limited “Return-to-Base” product warranty, typically valid from 6-12 months from the date of installation:
- The customer remains responsible for the return of the hardware to the manufacturer for repair.
- No Advanced Replacement or Swap-Out Replacement cover.
- Support Engineering Services may be procured from Netpractise on an ad hoc basis with availability on a Best Endeavour basis.
Operational Warranty
The operational integrity of the installation is covered for 12-months from the date of handover:
- All as-installed wiring (excluding natural wear & tear on patch-cables and fly-leads),
- All as-installed connectors and terminations (excluding natural wear & tear on patch-cables and fly-leads),
- Functionality of control system programming (e.g. Crestron, Pronto, etc.),
- All active hardware is excluded (covered by Hardware Warranty above),
- Response to repair the above is on a Best Endeavour basis.
- Charges may apply where a call-out engineer identifies the issue as a result of 3rd-party interference
